Welcome to
Indigenous Nations Rising

Let us walk this sacred path together

Háu, mitákuyepi nakúŋ taŋyáŋ yahípi
(Hello, my relatives and welcome)

Waŋblí Wálowaŋ emáčhiyapi yelo. MaLákȟota kȟó íŋše ikčé wičhása waŋ čha čhaŋnúŋpa wakȟáŋ kiŋ uŋ oyáte kiŋ wachéwichawecichiye lo.

(My name is Tony SingingEagle. I am Lakota and just a common man who prays for the people with the sacred pipe.)

Several years ago, I was gifted a vision by the Old Ones – the Ancestors – a vision that many other Natives across Turtle Island and beyond have continually had since the pipeline fight at Standing Rock united us in a way the world hadn't seen for generations. At the center of this message, which I've been charged with sharing with every indigenous person who will listen, is the need for us to come together as One People, made up of many tribes/nations.

Why do we need to come together in Unification? Simple. Our continued existence, our very survival as Tribes, Nations, as Indigenous peoples of Turtle and Heart Islands – names for places that existed long before they came to be known as North, Central, and South America – depends on it. We are being targeted on many fronts from land, water and sovereignty, to identity and ceremonial. We must come together to survive.

Our collective identity is rooted in our duty to honor and protect our Earth Mother and all our relations.

We are launching and developing this website as a central hub to connect Indigenous groups that are working to preserve, protect and unify Indigenous Peoples and the work they are doing, or may do in the spirit of this message. Now is the time to realize that #TogetherWeRise!

Mitákuye oyás’iŋ (all my relations).

My Vision

1. Return to the Old Ways, so we may

2. Heal ourselves and each other through prayer and ceremony, in order to

3. Become strong for each other and our tribes/nations, and then

4. Come together with each and every indigenous tribe/nation of Turtle Island in Unification.

By doing these four things in that order, we rise again as the Red Nation to follow our sacred path:
to be Medicine for a sick world.

This is only a brief summary of what we are about. So please have a look around the website, come back and visit us often for updated content, and share the message with every Native you know and/or come in contact with.

Mitákuye oyás’iŋ.
